ONE LIFE TO LIVE
ONE LIFE TO LIVE
FEATURING SAINT MONROE
Release Date: September 11, 2026
Genre: Alternative R&B
One Life. One Chance. Make It Count.
One Life to Live is a powerful and emotional Alternative R&B anthem about the fragile nature of time and the importance of appreciating every moment before it becomes a memory.
Nobody tells us when the last time will be the last time—the final conversation, the final embrace, or the final opportunity to tell someone how much they mean to us. Through Saint Monroe’s deeply moving vocal performance, the song reminds us to say the words, give the hugs, make the memories, love without hesitation, and forgive while we still have the chance.
The official music video brings that message to life through stories of devastating loss, including a fatal car collision, a fallen firefighter, and a young athlete whose life changes in an instant. Those tragedies are contrasted with life’s most precious moments: purchasing a family home, welcoming a newborn child, watching that child grow, and experiencing an unforgettable family journey through Italy.
One Life to Live is more than a song—it is a reminder that tomorrow is never promised, every moment matters, and the people we love should never have to question how deeply they are valued.
